Well, i did it again. Overestimated my time for getting the snow tires on the car. That means that i'll have to compete with every schmuck out there (i include myself in that category) to get in line at the garage.
One good thing is that i actually put new so called all season radials on the car last spring, so i have way more tread than i did on the old baldies (that was the name of one of my bands once).
Based on where i've been working, much of my drive will be through the back roads, through farm country & Mennonite land. It's a beautiful drive but you can get pretty snowed under out that way.
I also did not do the maintenance on the snow blower yet. That would include changing the oil & gassing it up. It's not too late but probably better to do that when the weather is warm. I only use the thing 2 to 4 winter, but when it's needed, it's a fantastic thing to have available. And i hear it's supposed to snow a lot this year (according to the Farmer's Almanac).

It stopped snowing already - just a light dusting here in Toronto. How are things in your neck-o-woods?
Sorry for the late reply - we have been getting off very easy so far with respect to winter. I imagine we'll get slammered soon.
